-If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to contact our customer service and once agreed with the return terms, proceed to send back your package to our warehouse. It is imperative to notify us of the return before sending back your order. In order to accept your return and receive a refund, the models and packaging  must be in perfect condition and the invoice must be included.

Shipping charges both outbound and return to our warehouse must be borne by the customer.

 

-When you receive your order from the carrier, in case you  detect any signs of poor condition of the packaging or visible breakage of any product, you must notify the carrier immediately at the time of delivery. For any incidence of this type, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, because otherwise the carrier  will not pay the insurance. In any case, you must keep the packing slip provided by the carrier, in order to justify its receipt. If the damage was not visible to the naked eye, please contact our customer service to expedite the guarantee. We will need the carrier delivery slip and photos of the condition in which the products where received.
